Azerbaijan State Marine Academy (ASMA) announces admission of foreign nationals and stateless persons for the 2025/2026 academic year in the following specialties:

Bachelor’s Degree Programs :

- Marine Navigation Engineering (language of instruction: Azerbaijani, English, Russian)

- Operation of Ship Power Plants Engineering (language of instruction: Azerbaijani, English)

- Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Engineering (language of instruction: Azerbaijani)

- Electrical and Electronics Engineering (language of instruction: Azerbaijani)

Duration of education at the bachelor's level is 4 years.

Master’s Degree Programs (Duration – 2 years):

- Shipping and Ship Traffic Handling (language of instruction: Azerbaijani)

- Marine Equipment and Technology Engineering (language of instruction: Azerbaijani)

- Operation of Marine Equipment and Installations Engineering (language of instruction: Azerbaijani)

- Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Language of instruction: Azerbaijani)

Duration of education at the master's level is 2 years.

Admission of foreigners: Foreign applicants’ educational background and proficiency in the language of instruction are evaluated by the Academy’s interview commission.

Admission is formalized if they meet the certain requirements.

Tuition Fee is 5100 AZN per year.

Students are provided with: standard uniform, educational materials, free accommodation (dormitory). Diplomas are recognized in more than 170 countries.Azerbaijan State Marine Academy is the member of International Association of Maritime Universities and Association of State Universities of the Caspian Sea Region Countries.
