Training Vessel

The training vessel is one of the Academy's principal means of delivering modern instruction.

Theoretical and practical classes for students on convention programmes, along with their shipboard practice, are carried out aboard the training vessel.

Vessels

• General Asadov — placed at the disposal of ASMA students as a training vessel from 15 September 2015
• The passenger vessel Sabit Orujov — from 2017

Students also study professional subjects and complete shipboard practice aboard other vessels meeting modern international standards and at the Baku Shipyard.
