The Azerbaijan State Marine Academy announces the admission of international and stateless applicants to the following academic programs for the 2026/2027 academic year:

Bachelor's Degree Programs

• Marine Navigation Engineering (instruction in Azerbaijani, English and Russian)
• Ship Power Plants Operation Engineering (instruction in Azerbaijani and English)
• Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Engineering (instruction in Azerbaijani)
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering (instruction in Azerbaijani)

Duration of study: 4 years

Master's Degree Programs

• Shipping and Vessel Traffic Management (instruction in Azerbaijani)
• Marine Engineering and Technology (instruction in Azerbaijani)
• Operation of Marine Equipment and Systems Engineering (instruction in Azerbaijani)
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering (instruction in Azerbaijani)

Duration of study: 2 years

Admission Procedure for International Applicants

The academic qualifications of international and stateless applicants, as well as their proficiency in the language of instruction, are assessed by the Academy’s Admission Interview Commission. Admission is granted upon successful compliance with the established requirements.

Tuition Fee

The annual tuition fee is 5100 AZN
